Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging SRT Digital Solutions for any service. By signing a service agreement, making a payment, or continuing to receive our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
SRT Digital Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing agency based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We specialize in social media marketing, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, and digital growth systems for doctors, clinics, and healthcare practices.

The specific services, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the individual service proposal or agreement provided to each Client. Services may include:
We reserve the right to modify or update our service offerings. Any material changes to an active agreement will be communicated in writing and require mutual consent before implementation.
Our services operate on third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and others. We are not responsible for policy changes, account restrictions, or actions taken by these platforms. We will notify the Client promptly of any such developments affecting their account.

Important: SRT Digital Solutions is not responsible for content delays, missed deadlines, or performance impacts caused by the Client's failure to provide required materials or approvals on time.
Service fees are as specified in the agreed proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:
All invoices are due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delayed payments may result in a pause of active services until dues are cleared.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes including GST (Goods and Services Tax) as applicable under Indian law. GST will be charged at the prevailing rate and shown separately on invoices.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services (time, strategy, and resources already invested), we do not offer refunds on completed work or monthly retainers once the service period has begun. Disputes regarding quality of work will be handled through our revision policy as outlined in each service agreement.
The Client retains ownership of all original content, photos, and brand assets they provide to us. The Client grants SRT Digital Solutions a license to use such content solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom deliverables (graphics, copy, designed posts) created specifically for the Client transfers to the Client. Generic templates, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of SRT Digital Solutions.
Unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing, SRT Digital Solutions reserves the right to use anonymized campaign results, screenshots, and performance metrics in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, patient data, financial information, and strategies shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
SRT Digital Solutions will never share, sell, or disclose Client's patient information, clinic data, or any personally identifiable information to third parties except as required by law or with the Client's explicit written consent.
The Client acknowledges that medical advertising in India is subject to regulations by the Medical Council of India (MCI), Indian Medical Association (IMA), and other applicable bodies. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all content approved for publication complies with these regulations.
SRT Digital Solutions will flag potentially non-compliant content to the Client's attention, but final editorial approval and legal responsibility for published content rests with the Client.
SRT Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:
Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Digital marketing results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, algorithm changes, and platform policies. SRT Digital Solutions does not guarantee specific outcomes such as a defined number of patient leads, follower counts, ad performance metrics, or search rankings.
We commit to applying professional expertise, proven strategies, and consistent effort to deliver the best possible results within the agreed scope.
Service agreements are typically structured on a monthly retainer or fixed-term project basis as specified in the individual proposal.
The Client may terminate a monthly retainer by providing 30 days' written notice. Any work completed and expenses incurred during the notice period will be billed accordingly.
We reserve the right to terminate services with 14 days' notice if the Client fails to make payment, engages in unethical or illegal activity, or creates a hostile working environment for our team.
Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due. We will provide a handover of login credentials and assets owned by the Client within 7 business days of settlement of dues.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
SRT Digital Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
