We build clinic and hospital websites in Coimbatore that load in under two seconds on mobile, put appointment booking within one tap, and are structured so Google understands each specialty. Sites are built to convert patient searches into consultations, not to win design awards.

What a clinic website is actually for

A clinic website has one job: turn a worried person who found you on Google into a booked consultation. Everything that does not serve that job is decoration.

Most medical sites we audit in Coimbatore fail at the same three points — they load too slowly on mobile data, the phone number is not tappable, and the visitor has to hunt for how to book. Fixing those three alone usually moves enquiries more than a redesign.

How we build

  • Mobile-first. The majority of patient searches are on a phone, frequently on 4G. We design for that screen and that connection first.
  • Under two seconds. Compressed modern image formats, minimal scripts, no heavy sliders. Speed is both a ranking factor and a conversion factor.
  • Booking within one tap. A tappable phone number, a WhatsApp link and a short form — visible without scrolling.
  • A page per specialty. One page cannot rank for orthopaedics and dermatology at once. Each specialty gets its own URL.
  • Doctor profiles with real credentials. Qualifications, registration, experience and areas of focus — these carry genuine weight for healthcare trust signals.
  • Structured data built in. Schema for the practice, each service and your FAQs, so Google and AI assistants can read the site accurately.
  • Editable by you. You should be able to change timings or add a doctor without calling anyone.

Trust signals that matter in healthcare

Google applies extra scrutiny to health-related sites, and so do patients. Anonymous content written by nobody in particular performs badly on both counts.

Every clinical page should carry a named author or reviewer with stated qualifications, a visible last-reviewed date, real photographs of the actual premises, and clear registration details. These are not decorative — for a healthcare site they are the difference between being trusted and being skipped.

Rebuild or optimise?

We do not rebuild by default. If your current site loads reasonably, can be edited and has a sane structure, optimising it is faster and cheaper.

A rebuild makes sense when the site cannot be made fast, when adding a page requires a developer, when it was never built for mobile, or when there is no path from landing to booking. If you are not sure which applies, we will tell you honestly — including when the answer is that you do not need us to rebuild anything.

The performance standards we build to

These are not aspirations, they are the thresholds a page has to clear before we consider it finished.

  • Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds on a mid-range Android phone on 4G, not on office wifi
  • Every image in a modern format with a fallback, and no single image over 200 KB
  • A tappable phone number and booking path visible without scrolling on a phone
  • Valid structured data for the practice, each service and the FAQs, tested before launch
  • Readable at arm's length — body text no smaller than 16px, with real contrast

What we need from you

The build stalls on content, not code. To keep to three or four weeks we need your doctor profiles and qualifications, a list of services with the names patients actually use, real photographs of the clinic and team, your correct timings and contact details, and one person who can approve clinical wording.

That last one matters most. We will not publish medical content that a practitioner has not read and approved, so a single named reviewer keeps the project moving.

Questions we are asked

How long does a clinic website take to build?

A standard clinic site takes three to four weeks from content sign-off. Multi-specialty and hospital sites take six to eight weeks depending on how many departments and doctor profiles are involved.

Can patients book appointments through the site?

Yes. We integrate a booking flow appropriate to how your clinic actually runs, whether that is a form to your reception, a WhatsApp handoff, or an existing practice-management system.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

Yes. Timings, doctor profiles, services and blog posts are editable without a developer. Structural changes still come to us.

Is website development included in your monthly plans?

Website development is included in the Authority Growth plan at Rs.60,000 per month. On other plans it is quoted separately. See the pricing page for what each plan covers.

Do you handle medical content writing?

We write and structure the content, and we ask the doctor to review anything clinical before it goes live. We will not publish medical claims that a practitioner has not approved.
