We build clinic and hospital websites in Coimbatore that load in under two seconds on mobile, put appointment booking within one tap, and are structured so Google understands each specialty. Sites are built to convert patient searches into consultations, not to win design awards.
A clinic website has one job: turn a worried person who found you on Google into a booked consultation. Everything that does not serve that job is decoration.
Most medical sites we audit in Coimbatore fail at the same three points — they load too slowly on mobile data, the phone number is not tappable, and the visitor has to hunt for how to book. Fixing those three alone usually moves enquiries more than a redesign.
Google applies extra scrutiny to health-related sites, and so do patients. Anonymous content written by nobody in particular performs badly on both counts.
Every clinical page should carry a named author or reviewer with stated qualifications, a visible last-reviewed date, real photographs of the actual premises, and clear registration details. These are not decorative — for a healthcare site they are the difference between being trusted and being skipped.
We do not rebuild by default. If your current site loads reasonably, can be edited and has a sane structure, optimising it is faster and cheaper.
A rebuild makes sense when the site cannot be made fast, when adding a page requires a developer, when it was never built for mobile, or when there is no path from landing to booking. If you are not sure which applies, we will tell you honestly — including when the answer is that you do not need us to rebuild anything.
These are not aspirations, they are the thresholds a page has to clear before we consider it finished.
The build stalls on content, not code. To keep to three or four weeks we need your doctor profiles and qualifications, a list of services with the names patients actually use, real photographs of the clinic and team, your correct timings and contact details, and one person who can approve clinical wording.
That last one matters most. We will not publish medical content that a practitioner has not read and approved, so a single named reviewer keeps the project moving.
A standard clinic site takes three to four weeks from content sign-off. Multi-specialty and hospital sites take six to eight weeks depending on how many departments and doctor profiles are involved.
Yes. We integrate a booking flow appropriate to how your clinic actually runs, whether that is a form to your reception, a WhatsApp handoff, or an existing practice-management system.
Yes. Timings, doctor profiles, services and blog posts are editable without a developer. Structural changes still come to us.
Website development is included in the Authority Growth plan at Rs.60,000 per month. On other plans it is quoted separately. See the pricing page for what each plan covers.
We write and structure the content, and we ask the doctor to review anything clinical before it goes live. We will not publish medical claims that a practitioner has not approved.
