Cancellation Policy

To cancel a service or project, please email growwithus@srtdigitalsolutions.com

Requests made via phone, WhatsApp, or other channels will not be accepted. Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
If the issue is on our end, we will confirm the cancellation within 7 business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds depend on the service type and project stage.
Within 24 hours of payment: 90% refund
Within 2–3 days: 50% refund
After 3 days: No refund
Refunds are not provided if the service is completed as per agreement, if the client changes their mind after work begins, or for third-party issues (e.g., hosting, domain, or SEO results).
